♂️ MEN’S HEALTH MONTH: Always prioritise exercise

In this fast-paced world, it’s difficult to find the time to exercise. Yet engaging in physical activity for only 150 minutes per week can boost energy levels, decrease your risk of developing cancer and diabetes, lower cholesterol and blood pressure levels, reduce anxiety, stimulate weight loss and improve testosterone levels.
