Our Story

I am passionate about working with and empowering children, individuals and families to reach their ultimate potential. I believe that we all have the ability to live a life of happiness and joy. By becoming aware of our patterns and core unresolved issues that cause us pain, understanding these and what they are here to show us, we can break free from our fears, past the hurt and pain. Once we have broken away from this we are able to live an authentic, happy and free life. I am committed to embarking on this journey of healing with you and I feel honored to be able to share this experience with my clients. My background in psychology is psychodynamic by training with a focus on Carl Jung's work, however I enjoy incorporating many different aspects of psychology within my practice. In 2012 I began exploring alternative healing modalities and I stumbled upon some beautiful systems that I find to be an integral part of the work I do. Together with my psychotherapeutic training, I use hypnotherapy, bodytalk and LifePrint within my practice. These tools add an in depth exploration into the reasons behind the pain we feel or the areas of our life we wish to change. I have found that by combining all these modalities, clients are able to shift these patterns from a deeper level resulting in lasting change. A particular interest of mine is development as well as challenging behaviour displayed by children. I believe a child's behaviour speaks volumes to us, although we may not understand what they are trying to tell us through this display of behaviour. However once this is understood from the root we can work towards empowering children and helping them better understand and manage themselves. One would be amazed to find that children have the answers lying within, if we just take the time to listen and understand their world we are more effectively able to guide and support them through life.
