It’s been a long year. A very long, stressful, anxiety inducing, loss filled year. I chose to not engage but this time, with this second wave I am publicly stating my fear, anxiety and stress. It’s not cute, it’s not educated, it’s not professional...it is real.

And it is in this real, where I am grounded. Where I can pause and reflect on who I am and whose I am. And within me I need to remember there is not enough space for faith and fear. And so I choose faith. I choose to hold on to God.
