The sales person will sing the song ' as good as new' but you will never know until you start using the medical equipment. The sieve beds in Stationery concentrators that have not been used in a while, may produce low purity oxygen. Outstanding, truly exceptional service from Oxy-gen
I am honestly blown away by the level of service we received from Oxy-gen, and in particular from Maria and Aldrige.

From start to finish, the entire process of arranging oxygen for my mom was completely stress-free — something I never thought I would say in a medical situation. Maria went way above and beyond by handling the authorisation with Discovery on my behalf, keeping me informed and ensuring everything was sorted seamlessly.

Aldrige then arrived at my mom’s home at 17h15, set everything up thoroughly and professionally, and only left around 18h15. His patience, care, and kindness were exceptional — and to top it all off, he even phoned my mom the following morning to check that everything was working well. That level of follow-up is almost unheard of these days.

This is, without question, the most outstanding service I have received in many years. Oxy-gen truly has something special in Maria and Aldrige — they are absolute assets to the company and should be held onto at all costs.

It is rare to find a company that goes so far above and beyond for their customers and patients. I cannot recommend Oxy-gen highly enough. Thank you for restoring my faith in exceptional customer care.
