Our arms have the capacity to hold on to life’s experiences—but sometimes, we carry more than we need to. The moment we start letting go, the weight we carry subconsciously begins to lighten.

But surrender isn’t just about releasing; it’s an art. It requires wisdom to recognize what we can control and what we cannot. Holding onto past situations can keep us trapped in cycles of self-sabotage and limitation.
