This was just before the rain came pouring down midmorning on Friday. Was spending some real quality time with nature, meditating and breathing. I tell you honestly, breathing is such a blessing and unfortunately most people take it for granted (myself included sometimes). Breathing is a part of the Autonomic nervous system, with basically means we don't have to actively think about it, it's just a natural process our Nervous System takes care of for us. Unfortunately, because we don't have to really think about breathing, most people are breathing incorrectly. Breathing incorrectly? Yes, did you ever notice when a baby is born and how they breath almost straight out of the womb. Deeply in through the noseπŸ‘ƒ and out through the mouth. That's the natural and best way to breathe. So please watch your breath 🀣, i meant, how you breathe. Its really a vital process and has a huge impact on mental and physical health πŸ’ͺπŸ‘πŸ‘ƒ.
