Please take note parents, care givers, doctors and teachers. Tummy ache in children is very real even when it doesn’t have a physical origin. The brain can’t differentiate between if it’s real (physical) or a thought or an emotion and will react as a message that something is wrong. The BSP (Brainspotting process) is a no invasive technique which will release the pain, because the brain regulates and works through what ever issue the child is experiencing….

Our children are subjected to so many things… parents, siblings, school, teachers, friends, sport, social media and much more. Their brains are still developing and can get easily overwhelmed and wrong patterns can then be established by trying to sooth the body while the brain struggles!! This is an easy playful non confrontational method, no talking just doing!!
