Retreat with Jen and Kim in a small and intimate group for a journey towards *alignment with your gut.*

Take your power back from food cravings, digestive & body discomfort, unnatural weight gain, brain fog, body aches, skin problems, low energy levels & many more.

During the retreat we will dive into gut health and the microbiome, sharing awareness and easy ways to upgrade your health and wellbeing.

Alignment Therapy was founded in South Africa by Jen Rorrison - the underlying philosophy is that all bodies are already highly functional systems. They are designed, not only to survive in their life time, but to thrive. The only time a body feels anything other than well is when it's natural vitality has been interrupted by stress, anxiety, trauma or overwhelm.

In an Alignment Therapy treatment the body’s harmony and balance is restored through a system of muscle testing, breath and wedges. The treatment was developed by Jen through 30 years of hands-on treating experience.

The Academy has recently opened as a space for Jen to share her love, wisdom, experience, techniques, insights and way of life.

You can access alignment through a treatment or a breathing meditation; or dive deeper and connect with your own Inner Being during a Three Day Alignment Retreat; expand your awareness of Self on a Five Day Alignment Playshop, or become a Therapist and help others to find balance and alignment in their lives.
