One of TVA's most recent projects was the addition of the stunning New Day Clinic at Hibiscus Private Hospital

Our involvement with Hibiscus Private Hospital goes back to 2008, when a complete floor was added onto this existing Hospital in Port Shepstone, an extremely difficult and complex construction project. Since then we, together with TJ Architects South Coast, have been involved in numerous additions and alterations to this exceptional facility.

Stephanie Taylor, CEO of TVA has 35 years experience in the quantity surveying profession. She is knowledgeable, experienced and passionate about what she does and the team she works with.

Sthembile Nhlumayo is an associate who completed her in-service training with TVA in 2006, thereafter joined the firm full-time in 2007. Sthembile is a pocket rocket who loves her hard hat just as much as her high heels.

Our office manager is Renee Sterckx who has been with TVA since 2005. Renee takes care of all the admin and book-keeping and thankfully always makes sure we're stocked up on coffee☕️
