After a tough workout, your body needs the right fuel. This green smoothie is loaded with ingredients to help you rebuild muscle, restore energy, and feel your best.
Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 frozen ripe banana
½ cup frozen chopped mango
1-2 large handfuls of baby spinach
¼ cup pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoon h**p hearts
Optional: ½ scoop vanilla protein powder + ¼ cup water
Instructions:
Layer the spinach, banana, mango, pumpkin seeds, and h**p hearts in your blender. Pour in the almond milk and blend until the pumpkin seeds are completely smooth.
This recipe makes one large smoothie (500ml), perfect for a post-workout treat.
