Obesity is no longer an adult problem. 1 in 4 girls and 1 in 5 boys within the ages of 2-14 are overweight or obese. Extra weight comes with extra baggage in the form of increased risk for many health conditions such as Type 2 diabetes, Cancer, High blood pressure, Stroke, Weak er****on, Infertility, Cataract, Pancreatitis, Gout, Osteoarthritis, Gall bladder disease, Cirrhosis of the Liver, Sleep apnoea, Hypoventilation syndrome, High cholesterol levels, Atherosclerosis and Heart diseases etc.
