Tight calves runners? 🏃‍♂️

Stretching helps… but strength is what keeps them from tightening up again.

Mobility gives you range.
Strength helps you control it when you’re running.

If you only stretch, you’re just chasing the tightness.
Build capacity, and your calves won’t have to work overtime every run. 🏃‍♂️

A good stretch helps, but stretching alone won’t fix the issue… you’ve got to strengthen too 💪
