Your rehab exercises will naturally progress and become more complex as your rehab continues. This complexity adds functionality to your movements which helps your body become more resilient and your exercises more efficient.

Also, these rehab exercises help you gain a better body awareness. This mind-shift will drive you to be more committed on how to maintain and improve upon your body’s functionality 💪

So yes, you will always want to keep an element of those exercises in your routine for a stronger and more resilient you, but in a manner that fits seamlessly into your normal workout routine🏋🏼‍♀️
