so true, exucitive functioning skills has a huge impact on our daily life. Children struggle with these skills today more than years ago, I wonder why?

play is so important for pre-writing skills and a building block for writing
spend time with your child to encourage them to draw, paint and write on different mediums eg chalkboard, whiteboard, on sand/shaving cream to help them develop their writing skills

Motor Planning refers to the physical (motor) problem solving (plan) required to:
👜move the body over/under/around objects
🤾‍♂️manipulate/carry/hold items,
🧠organize a physical plan of action
🦵carryout a motor task

Motor planning requires integration of fine motor and gross motor skills, sensory input, reflexes (and other contributions). 📈Essentially, we must organize incoming information, outside environmental information, and integrate that information into our plan to physically accomplish a task or movement.
