I pursued my passion for holistic healing and qualified as a Body Alignment Practitioner with Janet Yates in 2024. Since then, I’ve loved working with this gentle, whole-body approach to realignment and wellness.

My goal is to help others find relief from pain, injuries, spasms, sleepless nights, headaches, and more. Emotional and psychological stress often shows up in the body as tension, and alignment helps release that.

This therapy works from head to toe, recognising that the body functions as an interconnected whole. A misalignment in one area can create a ripple effect throughout the body.

Alignment supports stress relief, boosts productivity, improves immunity, increases energy levels, and restores balance by allowing the nervous system to communicate more effectively - helping your body do what it’s designed to do: heal itself.

Just because you're not in pain doesn't mean you're aligned.

Many people are living in what we call “functional freeze.” You’re ticking the boxes, going to work, exercising here and there, eating 'right' — but inside? You feel flat, fatigued and foggy.
You’re not in pain or crisis, but you’re not exactly thriving either!!

This state often masks low-grade misalignments in the body that slowly build into bigger problems both structurally and emotionally.

When back pain comes out of nowhere, "What’s really going on?", is a question we are often asked.

You were going about your day when it happened...
You bent slightly; twisted just a bit, or even sneezed, and suddenly you're frozen in place with sharp back pain or a nerve pinch that seems to appear out of nowhere 😫.
