Hi to all my clients and fellow equine friends

I apologise for the lack in communication from my side. And especially for my clients that needed to exercise an immense amount of patience. I have a lot of traffic on my WhatsApp and i try to get back on Sundays but its not always possible.

I have been navigating through a some tough months here in Germany 😅. Sometimes life is full of challenges that can turn into blessings in the long run.

I am finally heading home on the 13th of July.

I will then see my desperate horse clients in CT surroundings. I will fly straight to KZN for a few days, do JHB and then Garden Route and rest of WC.

Going forward, I unfortunately have decided not to take on any new clients for the time being. I will also not be able to help anyone in NOV, DEC, JAN AND FEB. Please make arrangement before or after if your horse is due during this time.
SEPT ‘24, OCT’24 and MARCH’25 onwards will be limited.

Please note- Im also not willing to do ANY horses without a light sedation for my safety.

An opportunity has quite suddenly come up in the last few weeks for me to go to Germany for 7 months for work and continuing my education. I am so sorry for any inconvenience. I am trying to accommodate as many as I can in the next 2 or 3 weeks before I leave.

Rest assure, I will be back. My roots and heart is in Africa.

If there is anyone that I have missed please send me a message and I will see where I can fit you in.

A penny for all the incisor hooks I have seen in the last few weeks. 💰

Let’s go through the pattern in this boy. He has a left hock injury with on-off lameness. Here we are finding the diagonal pattern with right shoulder and and right TMJ being affected. Spacing within the joint on the R is significantly tighter than on the L. Leading to limited motion in his jaw on the right side hence the rather large hook on that right corner incisor. The hook in return causing restriction in the forward/backward motion of the jaw.
