One of the most humbling lessons on this path for me has been realising that healing doesn't just happen.
It must be chosen.
It must be intentional.

There's no golden morning where all the pain disappears, no single moment that saves you from your suffering.

Healing is a devotion.
It's a practice, a sacred practice of returning to yourself again and again and again...until you remember.

You have to choose it
with intention,
with presence,
with love.

And then, day by day, you make it a way of being.

Once I surrendered to that truth, once I stopped waiting for the 'miracle' and started becoming it...everything shifted into place.

‘I asked God for flowers, and He sent the rain.’
As soon as we begin to truly grasp this, life starts to make so much more sense.

For many of us, having faith that life will work in our favour is no easy practice. We carry painful evidence to the contrary - we've been hurt, we've lost faith in humanity, and we've been conditioned to expect instant gratification.

But shifting into faith requires a complete reframe. It means connecting with the heart. It means looking at life through a new lens, one that recognises that everything unfolds just as it should. Not always in the way our limited minds expect, but in ways so much more creative, compassionate, and effective than we could ever have imagined.

This kind of surrender doesn’t mean sitting back and doing nothing. It means becoming more attuned to the flow - recognising what’s truly for us, and allowing what isn’t to fall away.

We stop forcing. We start following.
We stop grasping. We start trusting.

Rain brings flowers. 🌧🌸
Feel grateful for the rain, and the flowers will reveal themselves in miraculous ways.

I heard this quote the other day and it resonated so deeply. For the better part of this year, it's been echoing through my life, and through the lives of so many others walking the path.

Just when I think I’ve reached my edge, another layer of learning reveals itself. Just when I feel I can take no more, a fresh breeze arrives - bringing reprieve, perspective, and a deeper awareness. And as soon as I settle into that new space, the Universe offers up the next oscillation.

I used to get so entangled in the story. The drama of life would sweep me up and distract me from the truth. Now, I see more clearly. I see that these are moments of levelling up. It doesn’t always make it easier, but I no longer resist the process (as much! ha-ha). I’m learning to flow with the tide rather than fight it. Or at the very least, I catch myself faster, before the wave becomes a tsunami, wrecking my peace and those around me.

So, consider this an ode to all we’ve learned, and all the learning still to come. A reminder to love the process, with all the ups and downs. A reminder to be gentle with ourselves while we are becoming someone we've never been before 🤍
