When I stop struggling, when I stop holding on, when I stop attaching to how I think it should be, to how I’ve been told it must be… as soon as I let go and surrender, this is when the magic begins.

And I learn this over and over again. This is life 🌀

I get caught up in the density of this world. I get caught up in how I think things should be. And usually it takes a dive, a bump, or an all-fall-down to remind me to simply stop…breathe...let go.

God, the Universe, Source, the All Of Everything wants us to flow. It wants life to move with ease. And the more we attach, the more we hold on, the harder everything becomes.

So for whoever needs to hear this today… stop struggling...FLOAT 🍃

With all of the 'evil' that is being revealed on the planet at the moment, I feel that this message from 2022 is still relevant and even more so something for us to place in our hearts and REMEMBER...

👉Evil contains within it, the seeds of it's own destruction.

Once we know and believe this, we can let go and focus on creating the beautiful world that we dream of. It can never become a reality if we keep focusing elsewhere...the magic is right here. And evil contains within it, the seeds of it's own destruction - it will destroy itself.

So, it's quite simple (a) choose not to participate in an evil path and (b) create the magical world you dream of.

Aaaah yes…the most advanced spiritual initiation of all >> Christmas. 🎄😅 This season has a way of lovingly pressing every button we didn’t know was still wired. Old roles, old stories, old dynamics, served with gravy.

So maybe this is your reminder to breathe a little deeper, soften a little more, and add an extra five minutes to your meditation practice. Or ten. Or twenty. 😉

Presence is the medicine. Compassion is the practice. And if all else fails… step outside, feel the sun, and remember, you are human, and that is sacred too. 🌿💛
