The wealth of medicinal research now demonstrates that, far from being an immediate or long-term threat to the person taking it, there are various medicinal and psychological benefits to taking psilocybin, including in treating depression and addiction to habit-forming drugs, such as cocaine and nicotine. Our aim is to inform and provide information regarding the study of psilocybin as a therapeutic modality of healing, psychotherapy and self-exploration.

A dear friend shared this obituary of an (unknown) addict with me the other day, and reading these words felt so intimately familiar.

It's such a good reminder that we are all here just trying, failing, learning, hurting, loving, relapsing, returning, and doing the best we can with the tools we have at the time.

It's such a beautiful reminder to be kind to those around us, we often know very little of their inner struggles...

At the end of the day, we are all just walking each other home.

There is something deeply freeing about owning your life...mistakes and all!
When we can own our mistakes without collapsing into shame…everything changes. We catch ourselves sooner. We soften the spiral. We move forward without carrying unnecessary weight.
And there is something just as powerful about surrounding yourself with people who live this way too. People who can be honest. Who can own their part. Who are willing to grow without hiding.

Mistakes don’t define us, but our willingness to meet them honestly shapes who we become.
So let’s choose that. For ourselves, and in the company we keep. 🌿

When I stop struggling, when I stop holding on, when I stop attaching to how I think it should be, to how I’ve been told it must be… as soon as I let go and surrender, this is when the magic begins.

And I learn this over and over again. This is life 🌀

I get caught up in the density of this world. I get caught up in how I think things should be. And usually it takes a dive, a bump, or an all-fall-down to remind me to simply stop…breathe...let go.

God, the Universe, Source, the All Of Everything wants us to flow. It wants life to move with ease. And the more we attach, the more we hold on, the harder everything becomes.
