7 Keys to glide through the current energies:

1. Consciously connect (breathe into) to your Heart, to your body. and to Earth
2. Spend at least up to an hour a day doing nothing (in nature if possible) or just “looking at the wall”, or meditating (in the void of no thought).
3. Rest and sleep as often as you can
4. Drink plenty of water.
5. Disengage with “out there”. It is just “a movie”.
6. Engage with your “in here”. The “Watcher” you Present in your body. And accompanied always by your Circle of “Golden Spirit Soul Team.
7. Feel your Smile and know that all is Well.
