Even though I had followed a keto lifestyle on and off for more than five years, hearing the words “you have cancer” changed everything.

It pushed me to recommit — fully and intentionally — and to embrace this way of eating as part of my healing journey, not just as a lifestyle choice.

Although I had followed a ketogenic lifestyle intermittently for years, a cancer diagnosis prompted a deeper, more intentional commitment.

24 hour weekly fast finishing in just 1 hour and I’m feeling fantastic! 🤩

Looking forward to breaking my fast with organic bone broth made from pasture raised chicken bones, celery, mushrooms, herbs and spices together with 5 x free range eggs fried in local grass fed farm butter.

I am convinced that combining these magical supermushrooms together with a strict ketogenic diet, prolonged fasting and medicinal SCOT inhibitors is what made my last 6 months of cancer treatment so easy & so successful! 😁🙌🏻💪🏻💫

Done and dusted! Operation over, let the recovery begin!

And Surgeon just in - GREAT GREAT NEWS! My breast tissue sent for histology was completely clear of any cancer cells. The tissue bed where the cancer had formed was empty and void of any cancer cells. The surrounding tissue which was pre-malignant DCIS (ductal carcinoma in situ) had also returned to normal.

Lymph nodes dissected completely clear of cancer!

Surgeon says she’s blown away by the dramatic response to chemo. Normally there’s small amounts of malignant cells left over in the mastectomy tissue. 🙏

Now for 15 cycles of preventative chemo so it does not come back anywhere else in the future! 💪🏻
