NEW CHAPTER COUNSELLING SERVICES
New Chapter Counselling is a private counselling practice based in Somerset West. In my practice I specialise in; Individual Talk Therapy, Relationship/Marriage Counselling and Family Conflict Mediation.
When working with clients I strive to assist them in developing a sense of Self Awareness. Understanding why and how we react to certain triggers is key to living a mentally healthy and happy life, and helps to cement bonds in our personal and professional relationships.
Relationship Counselling is a passion of mine. Each person in a relationship brings a different set of influences, values and cultures from our families of origin into our day to day lives, which in turn influences our ability to co-habit with our partners and work in harmony with our colleagues.
For families in crisis I offer facilitation of healthy discussion within the family unit. Accepting and learning to celebrate the uniqueness of each member of the family group brings harmony and solidifies the unit. An objective opinion can help clear a path way and open doors for new styles of communication.
