Movement is a privilege – not a punishment. 🖤
Every drop of sweat, every stretch, every breath… it’s a reminder that we can. That our bodies are still showing up for us – even on the tough days.
After what I’ve been through recently, this moment means more than ever.
I don’t move because I hate my body. I move because I love it. Because I still get the chance to. 🙏🏼
If you’re struggling to get back on track – know this: you don’t have to be perfect. You just have to start. Even a walk counts. Give your body the care it deserves. You won’t regret it.
