Movement is a privilege β not a punishment. π€
Every drop of sweat, every stretch, every breathβ¦ itβs a reminder that we can. That our bodies are still showing up for us β even on the tough days.
After what Iβve been through recently, this moment means more than ever.
I donβt move because I hate my body. I move because I love it. Because I still get the chance to. ππΌ
If youβre struggling to get back on track β know this: you donβt have to be perfect. You just have to start. Even a walk counts. Give your body the care it deserves. You wonβt regret it.
