Alta Counselling Services I offer psychological counselling which supports and guidances you when you are going through a tough time.

My office is a safe open haven where I believe in embracing your light doesn't mean ignoring your dark. I prefer to work in longer term counselling sessions. I feel for a deeper understanding and change to happen in a flowing way longer investment in the counselling proses is needed. Some of the issues I work with include.
