Busamed Paardevlei Private Hospital is a 100-bed acute hospital offering 4 modern, state-of-the-art operating theatres and a cardiac catheterisation laboratory to ensure that the local community have access to world class medical care right on their doorstep. The hospital is housed in a purpose-built, modern, attractive building situated in the historic Paardevlei precinct. The convenient location close to the N2 and other main and arterial routes which makes access to the world-class, quality treatment facility even easier for residents of the Helderberg basin and surrounding areas. The team at Busamed Paardevlei Private Hospital have been at the forefront of Robotic Assisted Knee Replacement Surgery since 2018 and continue to be the only facility offering this technology in the Helderberg area. Our Emergency Centre operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is fully equipped to manage any medical emergency. Clinical care is provided by trauma trained doctors and nursing staff, with specialists on call should specialised treatment or admission be required. The event brought together local EMS teams, our Emergency Unit doctors, National Sea Rescue, and lifeguards for an interactive day of trauma-related demonstrations, expert talks, and hands-on activities.

It was an inspiring opportunity to share knowledge, strengthen collaboration, and promote trauma awareness within our healthcare community. 💙🚑
