To ensure that I can provide you with the best assistance during your visit to my office, please take note of the following:

- Bring your referral letter if you have one
- Please bring your Medical aid card and medical aid details. If you are a pensioner, please bring these details as well.
- Please bring details of prior treatment such as operation reports, discharge summaries, or letters.
- Please bring your X-rays, CT scans, MRI images, or bone scan films.
- I will potentially examine both your legs, feet, hips and back. Please dress in clothes that will allow examination of these areas.
- Please bring along anyone you wish to attend the consultation. Having a trusted person with you can help to cover the important questions, and to remember the consultation.
