Well hello, Morning Sickness! A pregnancy milestone not for the faint-hearted.

Morning sickness is nausea and/or vomiting experienced during pregnancy and usually starts at the end of your 7th week, reaching its peak between 8 and 11 weeks. About eight out of ten women experience morning sickness during pregnancy, and for many, it is the first symptom of pregnancy.

All I can say is GINGER! Ginger tea, ginger biscuits, ginger lollipops, ginger ale. Oh, and Salty Cracks. Good luck, may the force be with you...
