🌿 We're Hiring: Client Relationship Officer

Ecocert South Africa is looking for a Client Relationship Officer to support our organic certification services in Southern and East Africa. If you're organised, service-driven, and passionate about sustainability, we’d love to hear from you!

🔍 What You’ll Do:
Manage client communication and support
Assist with certification processes and audit follow-ups
Prepare quotes and handle inquiries

✅ What You'll Bring:
A degree/diploma in business, agriculture or client service-related qualification
Excellent English & Afrikaans spoken and written competency
Computer literacy and attention to detail
Interest/experience in sustainable farming is a plus

💼What You'll Do:
🔹 Oversee client files & certification flow
🔹 Provide sales & client support for FFL/FL, UEBT, and ROC
🔹 Assist with non-compliance follow-ups & renewal quotations
🔹 Engage in client acquisition & administrative support

🎓 What You Need:
🔹 Tertiary degree or diploma in social sciences, agriculture, business, law, or a relevant field.
🔹 Knowledge of sustainable agriculture, fair trade, CSR, or certification is a plus. Experience in business management is also beneficial.
🔹 Strong computer literacy, proficient in MS Office.
🔹 Fluent in both English and Afrikaans
