After taking my seawater damaged cell to the Samsung repair shop in Somerset Mall to be told the phone is "fried" without it even been looked at, I took it to a small independent cell shop who managed to successfully restore all my data, contacts, etc.
To the dupe in the Samsung repair shop, you don't deserve to be employed and you need to be fried....
