What are the long term benefits of anti wrinkle injections?

Providers and clients want to know more about the long term affects of treatment and we need more studies looking into this. This study is often referenced when discussing the long term effects of toxin injections.

Researchers studied two identical twins:
Twin A: did not have consistent anti wrinkle treatments (only had a total of 2 treatments over the course of 13 years
Twin B: maintained anti wrinkle treatments consistently over the course of 13 years.

This really shows how effective toxin injections can be in preventing wrinkles when treatment starts early and is maintained. Look at the difference in the skin between the two twins! Twin B is glowing- she looks well-rested and refreshed, with less eyelid hooding and no wrinkles at rest. Twin A has static wrinkles that have developed from repetitive muscle movement over many years.

Pretty amazing, isn't it?

Seeing anatomy like never before.. right here in SA. Many hours of practice included when we got to scan each other’s faces and inject filler into phantom limbs under ultrasound.
