We are excited to be announcing our Strong Mama Pregnancy Program Pilates & Strength class that we are launching at this month. This session is for conscious moms preparing for their next chapter. This program was created to not only help you support your body during Pregnancy, but also to offer you special moments with your child as you both prepare for birth AND will also invite you into easy resilience tools that support your Motherhood journey.
