Food labels can be confusing, but they don’t have to be 👇

Here’s a quick way to spot if a food is high in sodium:

🔍 Always check per 100g
‼️ > 600mg sodium per 100g = high
🔢 If you see salt, multiply by 0.4 to get sodium

✅ Don’t skip meals to “save calories” → arriving starving = overeating + feeling uncomfortable
