Feeling tense or sluggish this winter? Stretching doesn’t just loosen tight muscles—it also helps quiet the nervous system and reduce stress.

Here are three calming stretches to include in your daily routine:
đŸ§˜â€â™€ïž Child’s Pose – Gently stretches the spine and hips
🙆 Standing Side Stretch – Reach one arm overhead and gently lean to the opposite side. Great for spine and rib mobility.
