I came across this quote this weekend, and felt drawn to share - it reminded me of when I first started my yoga journey. Sometimes we watch others flow effortlessly through poses, making it look so easy. But the truth is, everyone starts somewhere. Every small step, every first attempt, is part of your own journey.

The hardest part is often just showing up - but once you do, everything becomes a little easier.
