MOVEMENT & COMMUNICATION WORKSHOP -

Cassi Volkwyn & Barbie Meyer are offering a fun & informative workshop on Saturday the 29th of March, from 9am till 1pm.

Both coming from two different teaching worlds, and yet many of the life skills they teach, teach overlap.
Think: good breathing, overcoming insecurities, conquering the ridiculous fear of being 'wrong', learning to listen, and reacting 'on your feet', understanding body language - both yours and others.

"Would you mind saying a few words" is often a line people are terrified of hearing... what can we do about this 'stage fright' in everyday life?
How are your sales skills? Telephone manner? Bedside manner? Can you nail a job interview?

You do not need any prior movement or theater skills for this one.
It's open to all, and we'd love you to share a morning with us at the lovely Bellevue Park in Ramsgate as we investigate these super useful life skills.

What to wear? Something comfy that you can breathe & stretch in.
