Kitchen craps straight to the soil.

There has been so much success and growth with the other seedlings from the kitchen craps ,from the last few weeks .So I decided to experiment with some tomatoes ,peppers and onions .Garlic is doing well.Some peppers have germinate. It's exciting and i am more excited to put these .05/05/2021

I have a feeling that this particular Saturday morning,experienced in Caltonville 'Sasafrika '.It's winter kokoting(knocking) Cloudy with no Sun.Let today be a friendly reminder of what is to come. The fire season is upon us in 2 weeks or so.If you not prepared yet ,psyche yourself now.Gather wood ,stock up your pantry ,preseve what you can.Change curtains, pack up summer clothes, You get the drill.

Today found me ready with some Split peas soup enjoyed with butternut , feta and some whole wheat fresh chapati .
Then some uplifting eucalyptus tea.
The season is changing and your diet will need some adjustments too.

Buried toasted Ciabatta

Malome Vuso used to love it when i make these open sandwiches . Since yesterday was his day, these unconsciously buried ciabatta came up .He would ask me about my interest in starting a restaurant. He felt that other people than my family should experience the cooking.He ask if I could share . He would not miss this for the world .
This was a delight for us yesterday. Shared with amazing superstars .
