The reason why I always send my clients home with some set of exercises. 🧘♂️
👉🏼 The body needs to be rebooted to its default settings.
That means we need to :
👉🏼Normalize the muscle tone.
👉🏼Encourage the correct movement of the joint in question.
👉🏼Desensitize the tissue around the affected area.
👉🏼Correct the postural integrity of the joint.
Exercise is good for you,but the correct exercise at the correct time is where the healing happens. Persistence is key as this teaches the body to reset in the manner it is supposed to move as we tend to have adaptive tendencies due to everyday life.
