My qualification is in Clinical Nutrition, I am a Certified Food and Spirit Practitioner a Zest4Life practitioner and Mentor,Certified in Functional Medicine practitioner and I am a Transformational Health Coach

I am also a member of The Institute of Functional Medicine USA|SA and the South African Association of Nutritional Therapists and my clinical background and functional medicine training is always at the cornerstone of everything that I do. I do not entertain fad diets–everything is based on sound nutrition science. I especially love to work with women who are struggling with their weight and self confidence. I help you to fall in love with your body again using health coaching, psychology, and powerful affirmations. As a result you can achieve permanent change and amazing belief in yourself. 💪🏾The fitter you are, the higher your workload – and the higher your workload, the more heat you generate!

💦That’s what leads to the extra sweat.

My qualification is in Clinical Nutrition, I am a Certified Food and Spirit Practitioner a Personal Specialist Health Coach,and also Certified in Functional Medicine. I am a founding member of The Health Coaches Association and Director of The Health Coaches Academy.
