This week marks Pregnancy Week, observed from 2 to 7 February. Looking at current statistics, we have decided to approach this initiative differently this year. As part of our commitment to community health and education, we will be visiting one of the local schools to raise awareness, educate learners, and address the realities and impact of teenage pregnancy within our communities.

In line with existing healthcare guidelines, we also encourage expectant mothers to attend regular clinic or doctor visits, take prescribed medication as directed, and prioritise their health — because caring for the mother is caring for the baby.

📍 Stay tuned to find out which school we will be visiting.

A testimony that reminds us why we do what we do.

Mr Sanele Mthethwa, a former ICU and medical ward patient, returned to KwaDukuza Private Hospital to express his heartfelt gratitude to our ICU and medical ward nurses.

Having once believed he would not survive, he shares how compassionate, dedicated care made all the difference — and how our nurses are truly called to serve, not just to work.

Thank you to our incredible nursing team for touching lives beyond the bedside.🤍
