POWER OF RECRUTING

Well its impossible to get rich in our industry unless you know how to recruit. Yes the products are brilliant and the profit is very good. But if you dont recruit you wont experience the lifestyle that Forever has to offer

Never ever focus on one method of recruiting. Focus atleast on 3 methods and master it

Here are some of the methods :

1. Warm market -
these are the people that you already know, it can be your friends, family, colleagues etc. Its important to write down their contacts we call this a Who do you know list. Dont prejudge them. Write down atleast 100 names. Ofcourse you wont go through the 100 names in 1 day. So its important for you to add atleast 2 new people everyday

2. Cards and Flyers
never ever leave your home without your business cards and flyers. Some people do carding, thats when they distribute cards to total strangers. Its all about planting that seed

3. Facebook - Remember less is more. Promote the lifestyle. Dont just sell sell sell. People want to see the lifestyle and success stories. Use the power of private messaging but remember to ask for permission first. Join groups, build relationships

4. Referals

Most FBOs never ask for referals. If someone says no, than never be afraid to ask for a referal

" ok I understand this is not for you right now. But do you know someone who would love to earn R20 000 extra income working from home around their commitments ? " This is just an example. Today let us all go back to our prospects and ask for referals. Who knows they might just refer you to a diamond.

5. Customers

Stock is measured in points called Case Credits (CC's).

You have the option to start with 1CC = R2300.
You will be called a Novus Customer. You must buy another 1CC to become a Distributor.

Or you can start with 2CC = R4600 and immediately become a Forever Business Owner.

Thereafter, you will qualify to buy stock at wholesale price and move to Assistant Supervisor level.

PROFIT FROM SALES:
The first stock of 2CC will earn 15% Profit (after VAT considerations)

Stock that you buy after you have reached Assistant Supervisor level - earns you a profit of 30% plus a further 5% discount in stock, pushing your profit up to 35%.

The next level is Supervisor (after 25CC) where you earn 30% profit + additional 8% discount = total 38% profit.

The next level is Assistant Manager (after 75CC) where you earn 30% profit + additional 13% discount = 43% profit

The next level is Manager (after 120CC) where you earn 30% profit + additional 18% discount = 48% profit

NEW DISTRIBUTOR PROFIT:
You accumulate credit when you recruit other people to join the business under you.
For each person who joins and buys stock, your account gets credited as follows:

*2CC Stock = R710.00 Once Off

*1CC Stock = R 355.00 Once Off

MONTHLY BONUS RECAP:
You will get paid a bonus recap every month on the 15th, according to your rank (from Supervisor level) and the number of CCs that your team makes every month.

You accumulate CCs through purchasing stock and recruiting to build your own team.
Example: You join with 2CC stock. Then you recruit 3 people and they all start with 2CC stock... YOUR TOTAL TEAM CCs = 8CC and you will get paid according to the 8CC not just your own 2CC.
