Two of my favourite breastfeeding positions to advicate: 1 - cross cradle & 2 - laid back nursing
Its worth checking out some Youtube videos on both these positions. Remember to always have baby's ear, shoulde and hip in a straight line and baby's body turned towards you

Goodness me I haven't posted in a while. Sorry I've been MIA but believe me, I didn't dissappear. Still hard at work teaching group classes and doing while settling into a new house and job.

No today but more a as I head into my last day at Mediclinic Stellenbosch.
This does not mean that my classes will stop, it will now simply move to group classes in Durbanville. See you there!

After almost 12 years and over 200 maternity tours, I am flying the nest. I'm leaving Mediclinic Stellenbosch but definitely not leaving or my and friend .

Most of what I know about breastfeeding I've learned from Erica but I've also learned a lot about life, healing, kindness and calmness from her. 💜
