This kind of coaching is not about telling you what to do with your life. Coaching is goal-oriented and future focused. It starts from the present and is about the choices you make from this point onwards regardless of your past. THERAPEUTIC COUNSELLING - I am a UK-trained Psycho-therapeutic Counsellor (Chrysalis Institute) with experience in both the UK and USA where I worked for Youth and Family Assistance as a Crisis Counsellor - https://www.chrysaliscourses.ac.uk My therapy work focuses on your past and the role it has played in your life. I help you unpack your past experiences to heal old wounds and develop a better self-understanding. I have an Honours Degree in Psychology from Rhodes University but am not a Clinical Psychologist and am not able to register with the SA Health Board due to my UK credentials. My work in SA is therefore as a ‘lay counsellor’ with much training and experience. REIKI - I offer Reiki sessions to open and balance your chakras to promote healing on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. I am a California-trained traditional USUI Reiki healer and have been practicing for over 15 years now - https://www.hypnotherapytraining>holly Clients see me for a range of concerns from physical injuries, chronic illnesses and pain to mental fatigue and anxiety and everything in between. The best way of describing energy work to a new client is that of a wonderful internal body massage to detox, energise and realign your system. I work intuitively and provide feedback at the end of each session.

WELLNESS COACH
I work with all ages and stages and specialize in young adults and middle life issues.
My work is Holistic Wellness so we see everything in terms of mental -emotional- physical- spiritual needs.
I use talk therapies (traditional psycho-therapeutic counselling and life coaching) AND more Somatic/ Body Wisdom modalities.
The combo is powerful. I find Tapping a very useful tool for anxiety sufferers. I also rely on my intuitive understanding to bring it all together.
