Here are some common but scary symptoms of anxiety to look out for:

At this time of Diwali, I reflect back on my recent trip to the north of India.

I was incredibly humbled by this experience. Rich culture, an abundance of faith, and wonderful lessons in life are just a few small gifts from these wonderful people.

Hindu philosophy extends the four guiding principles for living a balanced and fulfilled life:

πŸͺ· Dharma - to conduct oneself in a way conducive to spiritual advancement, fulfilling your moral duties and responsibilities in life.
πŸͺ· Artha - the pursuit of prosperity, emphasising the importance of career, skills, health, and wealth.
πŸͺ· K**a - enjoyment, which includes love, pleasure and emotional fulfillment
πŸͺ· Moksha - the liberation from the attachments caused by dependence on the material world and from the cycle of birth and rebirth

Thank you for the incredibly rich experience, India, and for the reminder to live life to the fullest.
