Surrounded by vineyards and spectacular mountains it has gorgeous views and absolutely no traffic noise whatsoever. It is a haven where even the busiest minds can find peace. For almost 50 years The Hydro has promoted relaxation and vegetarian cuisine as the pillars of good health and longevity. Today, most of our food comes from our own organic garden and our list of therapies is more extensive than ever. Mindfulness is encouraged so some guests will use their stay as a retreat. However, The Hydro is also a home-from-home where many guests reconnect with old friends. In many cases it’s where they originally met.
