Du Toit Physiotherapy was founded by Tiekie du Toit in 1993 in Stellenbosch as a one-person practice which subsequently has grown into a full-time staff of two with additional locums assisting from time to time. Apart from treating mostly patients referred by doctors at their practice in Stellenbosch they also provide professional services to retirement homes and visit patients at home when nece

ssary. One of their full-time staff is also a qualified Orthopedic Manipulative Therapists (OMT). Individual treatment sessions may last 30 to 60 minutes and are exclusively private with no overlap between patients. Fees are structured in line with the National Health Reference Price List (NHRPL) and medical aid tariffs. Normal office hours are from 8:00 to 18:00 on weekdays, but they pride themselves in the fact that the practice offers an after-hours emergency service.
