Too often, we buy into the latest trends, beautiful packaging, or the promise of instant results—only to end up with an overflowing cupboard and a confused skin barrier. How to Simplify and Strengthen Your Routine:

✅ Declutter Regularly – Check your skincare cabinet. If a product has been open for six months or more, discard it. Many active ingredients degrade over time, and some formulas turn rancid, which can harm your skin rather than help it.

✅ Stick to One Routine – Use a product for at least six months before switching. Constantly opening new products and using them inconsistently prevents you from seeing real results and can disrupt your skin’s balance.
