Gavin worked for 12yrs in World Tour professional cycling
Events included - 2 Olympics,12 grand tours, Classics...
Deep tissue massage, injury treatment, taping, acupuncture dry needling I qualified as a personal trainer and sports therapist in 2001
After qualifying I worked for a short time in a local gym and with a mix of sports clubs in the UK before being employed

by the Great Britain cycling team. Whilst with the Great Britain cycling team I worked with some of the top road and track cyclists in the world, and worked as a sport therapist at many of the biggest sporting events (Olympics, Commonwealth Games, World Championships)

At the end of 2004 I left Great Britain and went to work for team CSC which at the time was the number 1 pro cycling team in the world, again I worked with many of the top pros in the world at the biggest races (Tour de France, Giro Italia, Vuelta Espania, Paris – Roubaix)

In 2008 I went back to work for team GB at the Beijing Olympics where cycling was one the most successful teams, I worked with all the cycling athletes - road, mountain bike, track, BMX. In 2011 we moved to Stellenbosch to open & run Ride In cafe, now Im back to sports therapy and massage
