BREAKING NEWS

It has come to our attention that career criminal and convicted fraudster, Gary van der Merwe, has moved back into the Stellenoord Lifecare property which he fraudulently obtained possession of from Bank on Assets Cape Town. Naturally this allows him to to deal with prospective tenants or purchasers at Stellenoord on a first hand basis. Members of the public must take cautionary measures in dealing with Mr van der Merwe because he will attempt to hoodwink people into believing that he is the legal owner, which he is not.

Members of the public must take note that convicted fraudster, Gary van der Merwe, will in due course be prosecuted by the NPA for fraud, theft and racketeering related to the Stellenoord Lifecare Centre.

Kindly refrain from making any investments or payments to the centre or its nominees, whether it be short term rental, long term rental or the purchase of Life Rights.

More information in this regard can be obtained directly from the Senior State Prosecutor of the NPA, Adv Thersia du Toit Smit or from the SAPS Investigating Officer, Capt Andre Donovan Pekeur and quote Criminal Case No 651/7/19.

URGENT NOTICE: We have been advised that Gary van der Merwe is now trying to rent out apartments and frailcare units to any person, even students and tenants under 50 years of age. This is in clear violation of the Home Owners Association Agreement at Stellenoord and prospective tenants must be cautious in their dealings with Mr van der Merwe or his representatives in that they could forfeit their deposits and rental amounts paid when the Stellenoord Lifecare Centre property is handed back to its legal owners. Mr van der Merwe has obtained the property illegally and it is subject to a criminal matter, Case 651/7/2019, which involves fraud, theft, racketeering and perjury. Convicted fraudster, Gary van der Merwe, has been served with a 2 year interdict, preventing him or any of his nominees from illegally selling title or life-rights at the Stellenoord Lifecare Centre, Erf 11217, 27 Tartentaal St, Stellenbosch. Mr van der Merwe, who is illegally occupying the Stellenoord retirement property, is up for criminal charges (fraud, theft, racketeering and perjury) related to the theft of the property and the case (651/7/2019) will be prosecuted by Adv Thersia du Toit-Smit from the NPA. BREAKING NEWS! It has come to our attention that career criminal and convicted fraudster, Gary van der Merwe, is again trying to illegally sell our Stellenoord property, where he is currently residing. Mr van der Merwe hijacked our R 60 million Stellenbosch based property back in 2014 and the criminal case in this regard has now been handed over the Specialised Commercial Crimes Unit. Mr van der Merwe is also 2 months behind with issuing of his Warning Statement and with the wheels of justice now starting to turn, it is evident that Mr van der Merwe is getting desperate in that recent advertisements to sell our property now indicates that JV’s and barter transactions will be considered in lieu of payment. Mr van der Merwe is known locally and abroad to have hoodwinked many investors out of their hard-earned cash or assets and we can assure whoever endeavours to form a JV with Mr van der Merwe or barter any asset (moveable or immovable), will end up losing such assets due to the criminal case 651/7/2019 against Mr van der Merwe.
