The service we offer include the following, but is

not limited to:
- shopping list reviews. This requires you to send us the products you buy on a weekly/monthly basis(or in fact any product you are curious about) and we help you find healthy/natural/wholefood alternatives(if necessary) and also explain the WHY behind it.
- where to buy what, buying in bulk, etc.
- easy, fuss-free, delicious, healthy recipes and suggestions(recipe suggestions based on your preferences).
- health recommendations(e.g. dietary specific).
- reading nutrition labels to educate and empower you on what to buy and what to look out for.
- healthy pantry and fridge/freezer staples to start of your health journey.
- setting health and wellness goals.

We are all about living a more waste free life but also to provide you and your family with affordable, nutritious, whole foods in bulk. 🎊🎊As we near the end of the year, we enter a time of giving and also a time of gratitude for what 2018 has given us. As a way to say thank you, we have decided to donate 10% of every purchase, in the form of Take Outs from Nature products, to Matroosberg Primary in Belhar, a less privileged school who has a lot of children to feed. Together we can give these children the nutrition they need and deserve.
