On Thursday, Regina attended an inspiring agrisector event together with Carel Jaspers from Q Point. There, they met Vincent Uys from Boland College. Vincent brings valuable experience and is keen to share ideas on how we can address certain challenges.

Carel and Vincent, thank you for your time, enthusiasm, and for thinking along with us. We will stay in touch!

The conversation will definitely continue: soon we will follow up online together with George, now that Regina has returned to the Netherlands. More to come.

Today was all about connection, joy, and genuine attention for one another 💛✨

We started the day with the game “What is true and what is not?” — a fun and lighthearted way to get to know each other better 😄 Soon, there was space for sharing personal stories. Stories that touched us, moved us, and showed how special each person is. It was truly meaningful to experience that openness together 🤍

After that, it was time for some fun! 🎉 With different games, we laughed, collaborated, and simply enjoyed the moment 😂🙌

We ended the day with a shared lunch 🥪🥗, where we had time to chat and reflect. After that, everyone went their own way, leaving with renewed energy and an even stronger connection 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️💫

At the farewell, Regina shared that we will meet again in October for another teambuilding day — something to look forward to! 🍂😊

What a beautiful milestone! Senior Health Promoter Hester Nontobeka Mcanda has given our clients a truly life-changing experience 💙. Her dedication, warmth, and expertise have clearly made a real difference — something we are incredibly proud of 🙌.

And we are already looking ahead 🚀: this week Hester will also start in Kraaifontein, where around 20 participants have signed up 👥. A very promising new step!

Together, we continue to build health, strength, and future 🌱💪✨

Today Senior Health Promoter Lulama and Regina visited SencIt 😊, where our clients are able to do their practical training 💼📚.

It was inspiring to see how learning and practice come together 🤝 and how people are being prepared step by step for the job market 🚀. A great collaboration that contributes to growth 🌱, development, and new opportunities for our clients ✨.

This afternoon, Regina Eggink and board member dr. Sahar Abdul Rasool had a meeting about the breast cancer campaign for October this year. 💗

The goal is for this event to grow into a larger initiative that brings together both the township and the Stellenbosch community. Together, we can raise awareness, support one another, and make a lasting impact! 🌸

✈️ On Saturday, Regina arrived from the Netherlands at Cape Town airport, ready for a few weeks of face-to-face collaboration with George to take important steps for the future.

Today was all about health and collaboration:
🎶 In the morning, we (picture)had a creative meeting for our kids project: a program full of health education, singing, and dancing!Cyrille, Hein – songwriter – and Vuyo – community teacher – joined to give the project extra strength. The pilot is on its way!

🧠 In the early afternoon, we attended an inspiring health think tank. Fantastic news: during this meeting, we saw that our plans will be fully embraced! Next week, we’ll also be at their event, where George will be one of the speakers.

🍷 Finally, we drove to Durbanville for a meeting with our Jabulani partner in South Africa. In the Netherlands, we collaborate with Jabulani’s owner, Cobus Mol who sells South Africain wine. Together, we will participate in amazing events in both the Netherlands and South Africa.

Together, we are building impact, joy, and connection! 💪🌍

Nearly 1 in 3 South Africans is unemployed 😮. But being unemployed doesn’t mean you have to stand still.

Every day is a chance to gain knowledge and develop yourself. Whether it’s about health or other skills – you always benefit from learning. It can improve your chances of getting a job, as it shows you are active, but of course we cannot guarantee a job. 💡

By learning about healthy nutrition, hygiene, and disease prevention, you not only make yourself stronger but also contribute to a healthier community. Our Health Promoters show that knowledge and prevention come together to build a healthy and resilient future. 🌱
