Your ability to see the bigger picture, to plan ahead, and to quietly (and sometimes not so quietly!) fix whatever needs fixing, never goes unnoticed. While many see the front of the business, we all know how much happens behind the scenes because of you — the numbers, the systems, the paperwork, the order in the chaos. You carry it all with such dedication.
