Last but certainly not least, meet Crystalline – the smallest member of our team (we call her "Kleintjie"), but with one of the sharpest sets of eyes you’ll ever find! 👀💛 Quiet, shy, and introverted, she prefers working behind the scenes, where her attention to detail truly shines.

Crystalline handles the packaging of products, checks expiry dates, unpacks incoming stock, and spots potential issues before they become problems. 🌿 In fact, her eagle eye once spotted a tiny miggie inside a sealed bottle of apple cider vinegar – now that’s quality control at its finest! 🦅

We appreciate Crystalline’s diligence, precision, and the quiet value she brings to the Namo family every single day. ✨

Tertia oversees quality control, ensuring that every product meets Namo’s high standards ✅. She’s also the creative force behind the design, layout, and beautiful feng shui of our space – making Namo as welcoming and harmonious as it is today. ✨ From shopfitting to little details that make a big difference, she puts her heart into it all.

And yes – she even washes all our treatment towels at home (that’s love 💛). As the second generation in this family business, Tertia’s dedication and vision continue to shape Namo’s story.
