I had a Past Life Regression session today, 8th March 2025 with the South African Institute of Hypnotism.
Absolutely fascinating and what a journey too.
I was taken to a life where I was a blacksmith and the first thing I saw was me working in my smithy, the ground was covered in straw and mud, and I saw my feet, in sturdy fur boots, bound securely with leather. My smithy was not isolated but stood amongst other dwellings. I felt that outside, there was both bustle and community. My name was Jorgen (or it sounded like that) and I had a wife, called Magda (again sounded like that) and a young daughter, Annata (?).
They came to my smithy where I was working to give me my meal, which consisted of three things, a roll of very hard bread, high in whole grains, I remember it feeling hard when I tried to squeeze it but also sturdy when I imagined chewing it. There was also something pale yellowish white, like white with just a hint of yellow, it stood out in my vision and I cant figure if its butter or cheese or a kind of semi hard yogurt. It was a cube that sat alongside my bread, served with a bowl of grey, brown stew of sorts. The meals those days were definitely rustic to say the least.
Their arrival to my smithy was a welcomed distraction from my work, which I sensed I was committed to undertaking but also I sense there was hardship, it wasn't a life of leisure for sure. I remember my little girl hugging me around my legs before I lifted her as I greeted my (wife*). I am not sure if bonds of marriage were done in those days but I am aware that she and I shared a commitment and bond at least.
I am later taken to a point in the future and I see now that I am old, my daughter is at the doorway and she is with her own family, a partner and a son. I have a dog with me. I get the sense that whilst my "wife" is no longer with me, before me I see where my faithfulness to my work and craft was my own expression of love to my family and in itself was my legacy to them (and my community.)
