We’re a passionate team of three BASI-qualified instructors dedicated to helping you move better, feel stronger, and live more mindfully. Whether you're a complete beginner or an advanced Pilates enthusiast, our studio offers a safe and supportive space for all levels. We specialise in a variety of Pilates classes, including beginner, intermediate, advanced, and chair Pilates – ideal for elderly clients or those recovering from injury. Looking for one-on-one guidance? Our reformer and rehab sessions are tailored to your specific needs. Wellness doesn’t stop at movement. We also offer professional massage therapy to help you relax, recover, and restore balance in both body and mind. At The Wellness Studio, we believe in connection – to your body, to your breath, and to a healthier way of living. Join us on the mat and discover the power of mindful movement.
